Bustling, noisy, vibrant, New York epitomises the modern city at its best (and occasional worst).  We will explore its architectural story, from brownstones to Beaux Arts to Art Deco to modernism, revelling in such masterpieces as the Chrysler and Woolworth buildings, the Rockefeller Centre, Grand Central and the Empire State Building. We will also visit such gems as the Frick Collection.  Sit back and marvel!
