W.H.Auden once described cathedrals as " luxury liners laden with souls " - and we are indeed lucky in this country to have so many varied and beautiful buildings. Each has their own unique story to tell and we will explore the well-known (Canterbury, York, Salisbury) and the sometimes overlooked (Southwell, Rochester, Truro).
